A 5th generation Austinite, full of southern hospitality with a big personality, Lauren is a skillful and adaptable problem solver with a strong track record of enhancing brands and driving revenue. Prior to venturing off on her own, Lauren spent almost 9 years with W Hotels as the Area Director of Marketing, Central Region, Director of Marketing at W Austin,
W Hollywood and W Dallas hotels.
With more than 16 years experience in marketing, public relations, advertising and design, across a variety of categories including hospitality, real estate, beauty, spa, fashion, entertainment, and retail, Lauren is a force to be reckoned with, consistently thinking outside of the box to creatively find the best solution. Challenge accepted.

Entertainment junkie and craft beer connoisseur from South Florida by way of NYC, Lindsey is married to the barbecue life (literally, her husband is renowned pitmaster Evan LeRoy). She began her career in fashion PR at global powerhouse BCBG Max Azria group before moving to Austin in 2012. With over a decade of PR experience, most recently at hospitality agency Cultivate Public Relations, her knowledge of the market and connections in the industry are proven with results and longstanding relationships. A true connector, she thrives on creative brand alliances through partnerships and events to help drive brand awareness.
Equally as passionate about community engagement, she is leading the new Austin chapter of I’ll Have What She’s Having, a non-profit benefitting women’s healthcare in the hospitality industry, and has served on the Development Committees for The Austin Child Guidance Center and The Rise School of Austin.
Born to a family of restaurateurs in Northern California, Sarah was raised in a Kansas horse barn before finding a home in The Great State of Texas. At the moment, she physically resides in The Mile High City (Denver, baby!) but is always in a Lone Star State of Mind.
Professionally speaking, Sarah has always had an affinity for small businesses and the stories behind them. After almost 10 years of gaining experience in the fashion and restaurant industries, Sarah channeled her innate ability to create connections into social media strategy. For the past seven years, she has been living her greatest agency life working with brands coast-to-coast, honing her skills in digital strategy, community management, content creation, and event conceptualization.
